At www.TheRimbaStore.com we take privacy very seriously.  Customers’ privacy is our top priority and part of the foundation of our business.  

First, we always ship your item very discretely.  Our return address is “The W. P. Store, LLC. “.

Second, your credit card statement will reflect a purchase made from Outlet4Toys/RimbaStore.  www. Outlet4toys.com (children’s toys) is our sister company.

Third, to help ensure your financial privacy, we use the most up-to-date encryption technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible. This includes your billing, credit card, and account information; none of this can be read as it travels through our system.

Unlike many large retailers, once your credit card information has been processed, it is never stored in our databases.  This eliminates both external and internal threats to your identity and privacy.  Due to this, when returning as a customer, we will again have to ask you for your credit card information.

We may need to contact you for further charges such as shipping oversized items or additional international shipping costs.  No other personal information will ever be required from you beyond the occasional address clarification.  

If we must contact you, you can be assured it will be as discrete as possible.  If we leave a phone message, it will be from “The W. P. Store, LLC,” simply asking you to call us concerning your recent order.  No other information will be given to anyone that is not holding the credit card and security information under which the order was paid for.  If you don’t supply us with a phone number, we will contact you via e-mail or, if this is not possible, the US mail.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc.  Your information stays within our company, period.  You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping, entering a contest, or an auction at TheRimbaStore. 

About six times per year, we send out email announcements to inform our customers when we add a new feature or product to our website.   Once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else.  If, at any point, you no longer wish to receive communications from us please use the “Opt Out” feature at the bottom of the e-mail or contact us at: information@TheRimbaStore.com
